Shanghai Usefore Textile Corporation, is one of the leading apparel manufacturers in China. We own three factories for woven wear and two factories for knitted wear.
Our products include technical breathable outwear, casual, sports, fleece, leisure, rain, denim, night wear and street wear,etc.
All of our factories are located in Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu area.

Our export area percentage: 40% to Japan, 20% to Europe, 25% to North America, and the balance to other countries.

2.Factory capacity
A Woven factory
Output 5,000pcs daily, 150,000pcs per month, 1,800,000pcs per year.
B. Knitted factory
Output 6,000pcs daily, 180,000pcs per month, 2,160,000pcs per year.
3.Fabric ability
We import as well as domestic fabric, according to different needs and levels.
Breathable material, 3 layer, sport stretch fabric, nylon, polyester, t/c, denim, velour, all kinds of fleece, jersey, interlock, terry, yarndye, cotton, rayon, etc. Using Hollofil, Thinsulate, Primaloft, as insulation and different kinds of breathable insert.
The fabric could be specially treated for fireresistance and anti-UV.
4.Quality control
1. before cutting material inspection-color fastness/physical lad test
2. Before and after cutting material inspection
3. check-after sewing is completed
4. Q/C check-after trimming/cleaning and pressing.
Also detection m/c to check any broken needle on garment
5. In-line Production Quality Control: Include seam seal water resistant test
6. F.Q.C. (Final Quality Control): random check after carton packing
5.Sampling and prototypes
A: Prototype samples:
Upon receipt of price acceptance, we may proceed with prototype samples at NO CHARGE to buyers.
B: Bulk order:
Approximately 1,000 units per style, 500 per color way, although these unit numbers are materially based on fabric minimums.
If same fabric, sub material and findings are share different styles in a program, low min. May be acceptable. Otherwise a 5% up charge will be added.

Price are FOB X Asian port, CIF port of entry or LDP to port entry.
